शेरबहादुर भुजेल, “वास्तवमा सङ्घीयताको कार्यान्वयन भए पछि सिंहदरबारले गर्ने काम स्थानीय सरकारले पनि गर्छ भन्न खोजिएको हो । निर्वाचित स्थानीय सरकारले सिंहदरबारले गर्ने जस्तै काम नगरेको पनि होइन तर सिंह दरबारले गर्ने काम गरेको आम नागरिकले महसूस गर्न पाएन् ।”
