This report studies inclusion in Nepali civic space. The report is organized as follows. The upcoming section provides a brief overview of events in Nepal that led inclusion to be an inalienable aspect of Nepali politics. It is followed by a section on digital civic space and the challenges faced by Nepali citizens with regards to utilizing their core civic rights. The last section concludes with some recommendations to ensure an inclusive civic space.
